🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design; Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-role collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality learning solutions.
• Adult learning principles; ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• End-to-end instructional design: analysis, scope, objectives, assessments.
• Experience with instructor-led and web-based learning for technical audiences.
