Sr. Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Analyze learner needs and tasks to define learning objectives
• Partner with SMEs to design and evaluate instructor-led and web learning
• Design courses grounded in adult learning principles and best practices
• Develop and refine assessments; provide actionable feedback
• Evaluate and enhance Esri curriculum for consistency
• Collaborate with peers to improve content development workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design or corporate training (SaaS/product)
• Strong written and verbal communication; partner across roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality learning solutions
• Strong foundation in adult learning and instructional design (ADDIE, Bloom's)
• End-to-end instructional design: analysis, scope, objectives, assessments, curriculum
• Experience designing instructor-led and web-based learning for technical software audiences
