• Apply instructional design experience to create effective training materials for Esri customers.

• Design, develop, and update training courses teaching GIS concepts, skills, and workflows.
\n
• Analyze learner needs to define clear, measurable learning objectives.
\n
• Partner with SMEs to design and evaluate instructor-led and web learning.
\n
• Develop and refine assessments; provide actionable feedback.
\n
• Evaluate and enhance Esri curriculum for quality; portfolio samples requested.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years in instructional design or learning experience design, SaaS/product.
\n
• Strong written/verbal communication; cross-role collaboration.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality learning solutions.
\n
• Foundation in adult learning methods (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
\n
• Experience designing instructor-led and web-based learning for technical audiences.
\n
