Sr. Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Analyze learner needs and define clear learning objectives
• Partner with SMEs to design instructor-led and web-based learning
• Design courses grounded in adult learning principles
• Develop and refine assessments; provide actionable feedback
• Evaluate and update Esri curriculum for quality and consistency
• Support customer education initiatives and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design or related; SaaS/product exp preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication; partner across roles
• End-to-end instructional design skills (analysis, scope, objectives, assessments, curriculum)
• Solid foundation in adult learning methods (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field
• Authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship not available)
