📋 Description

• Lead instructional design projects and manage planning and delivery
• Develop workforce-focused learning programs like micro-credentials and bootcamps
• Collaborate with external partners to create tailored training programs
• Design learner-centered online and hybrid instructional materials
• Partner with faculty and subject matter experts on design documents
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluate learning effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in instructional design or related field
• 3+ years experience in course design and development
• Experience with Canvas or other LMS
• Course-authoring tools like Articulate Storyline preferred
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and assessment
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills
