• 5+ years of internal communications experience – building and executing strategic internal
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills (written, verbal, and visual) with
• Experience partnering and proven track record working cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment with continuous change.
• Design and video editing skills are a plus.
• You’re curious about AI and use it regularly, whether that’s drafting, synthesizing, or automating
