Sr Invoicing Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end invoicing: review contracts, validate orders, and issue invoices.
• Process credit memos with approvals, documentation, and controls.
• Serve as SME for customer billing records in ERP and billing systems.
• Respond to invoicing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Support month-end close by reconciling invoices, memos, and taxes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of invoicing, billing, or order-to-cash experience.
• Experience with ERP and billing platforms; NetSuite, Salesforce Billing, Avalara.
• Strong Excel skills to analyze financial data efficiently.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across finance, sales, and customer-facing teams.
