📋 Description

• Own Okta administration: SSO, SCIM provisioning, onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Automation development: Workato, n8n, Okta Workflows, APIs to reduce manual work.
• IT support: resolve tickets, troubleshoot network issues, handle A/V for meetings.
• User account management: provisioning/deprovisioning for onboarding/offboarding.
• Infrastructure improvement: enhance reliability, security, and scalability.
• SaaS tool management and Mac support: Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom; Mac fleet.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT engineering in SaaS/tech.
• Deep Okta administration: SSO, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle.
• Automation: Workato, n8n, Okta Workflows to reduce manual work.
• API integrations across SaaS tools.
• Manage and optimize SaaS portfolio: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian.
• Mac enterprise support; Windows devices in mixed fleet.
• Multi-project prioritization with minimal supervision.
• Strong written communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Active AI fluency and daily use of AI tools.
