Sr IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Provide onsite technical support for employees at the San Francisco, CA location, including
• Serve as a trusted IT partner for local teams, providing timely troubleshooting and solutions
• Support remote users and collaborate with IT team members across other Waabi locations
• Participate in the IT Support on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
• Manage incidents and requests through Jira Service Management, ensuring timely resolution and clear
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, desktop support, or IT operations roles
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments in a business setting
• Experience administering endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JumpCloud, Jamf, or
• Experience with identity and access management concepts, including user provisioning, permissions
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and user-facing technologies
• Experience supporting onsite office infrastructure, including networking, printers, conferencing
