Sr. IT Systems Administrator, IT Applications

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks.
• Lead Atlassian upgrades in large Linux environments; manage workflows and security.
• Design and maintain integrations connecting SaaS tools with internal systems; real-time sync.
• Monitor, alert, and automate IT apps; mentor teammates in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field with 3+ years experience; OR 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Strong scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java) and SQL (ScriptRunner).
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills with software teams.
• Experience upgrading Atlassian apps Jira/Confluence in large, clustered Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating Atlassian tools with CRM, ERP, or billing platforms.
