Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues
Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation for the internal team and end
Understand how to integrate other applications integrate with each other.
Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks to connect SaaS
Integrate business applications (CRM, ERP, billing, etc.) with a focus on data mapping
Identify integration opportunities that improve efficiency, automate processes, and reduce manual

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline and
Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
Experience with scripting (such as Groovy, Python, or Java)
