Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues
Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation
Understand how applications integrate with each other
Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks
Integrate business applications (CRM, ERP, billing, etc.) with a focus on data mapping
Identify integration opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3+ years of experience; OR 5+ years
Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
Experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java)
