📋 Description

• Backend architecture: design, build, test, deploy Spring Boot microservices.
• Distributed systems & event-driven flows: pub/sub messaging; saga/orchestration patterns.
• API design & integration: REST APIs, webhooks, subscriptions; API contracts.
• Cloud-native engineering: CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code on AWS.
• Operational excellence: observability with New Relic, Datadog, OpenTelemetry.
• Advanced AI & agentic workflows: integrate LLMs while ensuring governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical foundation: 8+ years in Java backend; 2+ years in microservices.
• Stack expertise: Java 17+; strong OOP/concurrency; Spring Boot & Spring Cloud.
• Cloud architecture: AWS services incl. DynamoDB, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, Lambda, IAM, RDS.
• AI proficiency: AI-assisted development with Claude Code or Copilot.
• Testing discipline: JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
• Location & engagement: Miami/Fort Lauderdale on-site for a contract.
