Owning account health and day-to-day work for transcreation and VO projects, coordinating and
Receiving and actioning briefs, defining costs, timings, and allocating tasks accordingly
Accountable for project budget, status, and reporting on these as required
Accountable for relationship management with central and local clients, developing and maintaining
Proactively supporting and participating in our L&C roadmap for future-looking solutions
Admin-related tasks such as updating trackers / managing POs and invoices from linguists

🎯 Requirements

+5 years of experience in client-facing Translation//VO Management
Hands-on knowledge of language services workflows and best practice
Experience with localisation of marketing campaigns for multiple countries, media and channels
Sharp, precise communication skills
Well organised, ability to multitask, attention to detail
Up to date / interest on recent AI developments in the fields of translation / VO
