📋 Description

• Lead Creative Ops to drive operational excellence on Growth Creative team.
• Coordinate program mgmt, resourcing, capacity planning, cross-functional tooling.
• Own initiatives from planning to scaling AI-powered efficiency tools.
• Establish objectives, flag risks, and improve systems for the creative engine.
• Partner with Growth Marketing and Brand, Content & Creative Leadership; report to Creative Director.
• Work in a high-growth digital healthcare environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in creative operations, program mgmt, or related role.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams; drive objectives to completion.
• Build/improve operational systems (planning, capacity modeling, briefs) for creatives.
• Strong experience with creative ops tooling; evaluate and implement new tech.
• Experience with AI tools, automation pilots, or efficiency initiatives.
• Strong data fluency to track KPIs and inform decisions.
