Sr. Lead, HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders across the Global Business Organization to translate business priorities into
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational health, leadership capability, team
• Lead regional talent priorities across France, the UK and Germany, including workforce planning
• Drive organizational effectiveness through organization design, team structure, decision-making
• Guide leaders through restructuring, business evolution and other complex change efforts while
• Represent Pinterest with the French Works Council, including building trusted relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive HR experience, including substantial experience as an HR Business Partner supporting
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple countries and cultures, ideally
• Direct experience engaging with French Works Councils or comparable employee representative bodies
• A strong track record advising senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness
• Experience partnering with sales, revenue or other fast-paced commercial organizations is strongly
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect People strategy to business outcomes and
