Sr Lead Industry Manager

📋 Description

• Lead revenue growth for an Agency Scaled segment in EMEA SMB Sales
• Drive pipeline development, negotiation, and closing with an emphasis on ARR growth
• Standardize operations, pitches, upsells, and optimizations across Europe SMB advertisers
• Set goals, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs and quarterly OKRs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and remove blockers
• Partner with SMB advertisers to build relationships and drive platform success

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in digital media sales or sales leadership
• 3+ years in sales leadership preferred
• Data-driven, KPI-focused with ability to lead large teams
• Strong consultative selling and advanced deal management
• Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel; comfortable with AI-driven tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Salary range: €110,016 – €192,529 EUR
