🎯 Requirements

7-10+ years as Principal/Lead Platform Engineer for Kubernetes at scale
5+ years designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
Hands-on with Karpenter or Cluster Autoscaler
Strong FinOps understanding and cost-avoidance track record
Networking understanding
IaC expertise (Terraform or OpenTofu)
