📋 Description

• Greet prospects, qualify criteria, and close leases with product knowledge.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards and procedures.
• Demonstrate units, explain features, and address client needs.
• Process applications, deposits, and approvals in Yardi/One Site.
• Move-in readiness: finalize paperwork and orient new residents.
• Assist in renewals, marketing, and outreach to prospective residents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 yrs leasing experience in multi-family.
• MS Office Suite proficiency; Yardi/One Site knowledge highly desired.
• Exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• High professionalism in appearance and manner.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
