Sr. Legal Counsel (Commercial)

📋 Description

• Become a trusted advisor to our Sales teams, helping them structure, negotiate and close commercial
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of customer, partner and technology agreements, including
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Security, Privacy, Product and Delivery to move
• Provide practical, solution-oriented advice on commercial, regulatory, privacy and employment law
• Support the People team on employee-related issues including employment documentation
• Help improve contracting processes, playbooks, templates and guidance that enable the business to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience gained in-house, at a law firm, or a combination of both.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology and SaaS agreements.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law and experience supporting employee-related matters.
• The ability to understand business objectives, assess risk, and offer pragmatic solutions.
• Experience building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, collaborative and action-oriented approach.
