Sr. Legal Counsel, US & Canada

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high-volume of commercial contracts in North America, including
• Collaborate with commercial finance and business teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs from clients and
• Assess legal risks and provide strategic, practical day-to-day advice to key stakeholders.
• Advise on the production lifecycle with the Business Affairs team, including IP rights management
• Ensure operational efficiency and consistency with global standards.
• Develop standardized contract templates and tools to improve process efficiency and legal

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (New York or California preferred), with
• 4-6 years of professional legal experience with emphasis on commercial contract review, drafting
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and independently manage a high-volume workload
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent commercial judgment and the ability to
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, and experience managing legal teams or supervising
