Facilitate cross-departmental AI governance training and enablement sessions
Monitor and report on AI tool performance metrics, including adoption rates and time-to-value
Improve contract turnaround times, implement scalable workflows, build dashboards and KPIs, and

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Paralegal or legal operations certificate (preferred, not required)
Experience in a legal operations or paralegal role
5+ years in Legal Operations or Legal Technology
Experience administering CLM systems
Experience with AI legal technology
