Sr. Machine Learning Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and evolve ML platform infra (feature stores, real-time scoring).
• Drive decisions for scalable, testable, low-maintenance solutions.
• Lead system design discussions; align with product goals; mentor engineers.
• Ensure code quality and reliability via reviews and standards.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product to translate needs.
• Provide estimates, assess risks and dependencies; drive delivery velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related; advanced degrees a plus.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering (backend/platform).
• Deep Python; other language a plus.
• Experience building or operating scalable distributed systems in cloud (GCP/AWS).
• Experience with ML systems from an infrastructure perspective (deployment, serving, monitoring, data access).
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases; Snowflake or non-relational a plus.
