📋 Description

• Define Elastic's ABM vision, playbooks, and maturity roadmap across motions
• Lead and develop a team of ABM managers
• Evangelize ABM across field marketing, sales, SDRs, and CS
• Represent ABM at leadership reviews, informing planning and roadmaps
• Establish governance: ICP scoring, account selection, tiering
• Build and maintain the ABM knowledge hub with plays and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B marketing in enterprise software
• Proven ABM frameworks or centers of excellence
• Strong leadership of distributed ABM teams
• Deep ABM platform expertise: Demandbase, 6sense, Userled
• Excellent executive communication translating ABM to outcomes
• Experience marketing enterprise tech to technical and business buyers
