• Build and maintain ABM knowledge hub with plays and procedures.
• Own ABM tech stack: adoption, configuration, ROI.
• Lead and develop a team of ABM managers and own growth.
• Educate field marketing, sales, SDRs, and CS on ABM principles.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B marketing in enterprise software.
• Proven ABM framework/CoE growth across the org.
• Strong leadership of a distributed ABM team.
• Deep expertise with ABM platforms: Demandbase, 6sense, Userled.
• Excellent executive communication translating ABM strategy to outcomes.
• Experience marketing enterprise tech: cloud, security, AI/ML, observability, or search.
