Sr. Manager, Accounting (India)

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle monthly and quarterly close for international entities per local GAAP and US GAAP.
• Drive statutory compliance, filing, audits, and liaison with auditors and tax advisors.
• Partner with Head of Finance, India CoE, and US Controller on global close.
• Lead SOX controls design and compliance for international entities as the business scales.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to streamline close processes.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support US GAAP accounting for US entities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years accounting experience, with 5+ years in team leadership.
• CA designation required; CPA or international qualification a plus.
• Deep IFRS and US GAAP expertise; ability to apply local GAAP and regulatory rules.
• ERP experience; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Proven track record with Big 4/top-tier audits.
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS with multi-entity international structures.
