📋 Description

• Lead and scale the EMEA AI FDE team, hiring and mentoring.
• Drive AI/ML transformations for key Databricks customers.
• Build executive relationships with VP+/CIO/CDO stakeholders.
• Align with Field Eng and Sales to define joint strategies.
• Shape delivery models; create reusable solutions for scale.
• Influence Product, R&D and GTM with customer insights.
• Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, revenue and utilization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading data science/ML teams and scaling orgs.
• Able to scope, guide and sell tech engagements in enterprise.
• Deep expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science; stay current.
• Led production ML solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven strategy with senior executives to define goals and trust.
• Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, and GTM.

• Graduate degree in CS/Engineering/Stats or equivalent.
