📋 Description

• Lead and scale a world-class AI/ML PS team; hire, mentor, grow.
• Develop exec relationships with EMEA customers; act as trusted advisor.
• Align with Field Eng and Sales to define joint strategies for key accounts.
• Lead AI PS initiatives; standardize delivery and scalable engagement models.
• Shape cross-functional collaboration with Product, R&D, and GTM.
• Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, revenue, utilization, and references.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience building high-performing data science/ML teams.
• Ability to scope, guide, and sell technical engagements; manage escalations.
• Deep expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science; stay updated.
• Led production ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven success with senior execs to define program goals and align vision.
• Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, GTM to drive impact.
