📋 Description

• Lead a team of Solutions Architects in Data & AI for strategic Indian accounts.
• Build and lead a technical pre-sales team; drive team effectiveness.
• Position business-value solutions to customers and prospects; coach teams.
• Develop relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders at strategic customers.
• Scale field engineering while maintaining calibre and ROI in sales cycles.
• Align field engineering initiatives with planning and India's growth agenda.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in pre-sales/consulting or customer-facing managerial roles building Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS teams.
• Experience with strategic Banking/FS or Digital Enterprise accounts generating +$1M ARR.
• 6+ years in Big Data Architecture: Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, ML, or Data Science.
• Experience scaling and mentoring field/technical teams across in-person and remote work.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven decisions, AI, and cloud software models.
• Proficient with Apache Spark and the Databricks ecosystem.
