  • Lead pricing strategy, trade spend governance, and margin optimization.
  • Partner with Sales, Trade Planning, FP&A, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain.

  • Lead monthly sales-to-Gross Profit forecasting with risks, opportunities, and variance analysis.
  • Deliver scenario modeling for pricing actions, negotiations, and investments.
  • Establish guardrails and governance for disciplined decision-making and profitability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business/Economics; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in commercial finance or Revenue Growth Management in CPG.
  • Strong pricing strategy, trade spend analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Trade Planning, and Finance; exec storytelling.
  • Advanced Excel/financial modeling; Power BI/Tableau; ERP familiarity.
  • SQL querying; familiarity with SPINS, Nielsen.
