📋 Description

• Lead external comms in DACH across consumer, B2B, corporate, policy.
• Drive brand and consumer PR; localize messaging for DACH.
• Amplify Zurich AI Hub; tell AI stories with product teams.
• Executive & leadership communications; support MD and execs at events.
• Media & stakeholder relations; build journalist relationships; rapid response.
• Lead team & manage Berlin report and agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in communications; tech/digital media; US corporate exp preferred.
• Mastery of the DACH media landscape; DE/AT/CH relationships.
• Proven people leadership; manage remote Berlin direct report.
• Strategic B2B PR; full-funnel value with brands.
• Language skills: German and English; exceptional writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
