Sr. Manager, Credit Risk Analytics

📋 Description

• Develop credit strategies using data and ML to improve performance
• Turn findings into strategy improvements for Risk Mgmt
• Ensure credit losses stay within defined risk appetite
• Design and evaluate A/B tests with risk-return trade-offs
• Identify new data sources and build business cases
• Partner with Product, Engineering & Marketing to implement strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Economics
• 8+ years in acquisition/portfolio credit risk for Credit Card and Personal Loan
• Strong business acumen and knowledge about credit management
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Excellent written and oral communication to Senior Management
• Able to work in fast-paced env and meet deadlines; team player
