• Manage a team of 6-8 CSMs in Enterprise CS.

• Define and scale Samsara's enterprise CS motion.
\n
• Travel up to 25% for US customer meetings.
\n
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support.
\n
• Drive outcomes: adoption, retention, and expansion.
\n
• Remote role for US-based candidates (excl SF Bay, NYC, DC).
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 10+ years in Customer Success, AM, or consulting.
\n
• 5+ years in management, hiring and retaining talent.
\n
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS customers.
\n
• Ability to travel in the US for meetings (up to 25%).
\n
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
\n
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communications.
\n
