Sr. Manager, Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of business and data analysts across regions, with coaching, career growth
• Own the global analytics roadmap for commercial teams, prioritizing work, managing capacity, and
• Partner with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data Science, and Economics stakeholders to
• Build the operating model. Create scalable processes, standards, and documentation that let the
• Partner with senior stakeholders in EMEA, APAC, and North America to turn business needs into
• Oversee delivery of dashboards, models, and data solutions using Snowflake, dbt, Python, and BI

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data or business analytics, with 4+ years managing people or leading teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting business in both EMEA and APAC, with a real understanding of
• Exposure to commercial sales, logistics, and retail analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, and familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, ETL
• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Proven record of hiring, developing, and managing analytical talent, ideally across time zones.
