Sr Manager, Data Architecture

📋 Description

• Define and continuously improve enterprise data architecture standards, guidelines, principles
• Establish and maintain data management policies and procedures covering data models, metadata
• Provide technical leadership for legacy platform modernization and the development of scalable
• Lead and oversee multiple complex data architecture initiatives, from proof of concept through
• Drive data confidentiality, integrity, availability, security, compliance, consistency, and quality
• Review existing data architectures to assess effectiveness, compliance, scalability, and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 10–12 years of
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, information management, or
• Approximately 7–10 years of experience across at least two IT disciplines, such as technical
• Previous experience as an enterprise architect is highly desirable, as is additional training or
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and delivering complex technology initiatives
• Strong expertise in data architecture and modeling, data warehouse technologies, master data
