Sr Manager Demand Planning

📋 Description

• Generate and maintain an 18-24 month phased demand forecast across the portfolio.
• Lead monthly Demand Review pre-alignment; secure forecast approvals.
• Analyze shipments, POS, market share, cannibalization, and other signals.
• Communicate demand changes to supply planning; manage service/inventory impacts.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to assess promo impact; quantify uplift; track FVA.
• Improve data quality with modeling and ML/LLM techniques; weekly checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in demand planning with senior-level influence
• Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning / S&OP
• Advanced segmentation, statistical modeling, data cleansing, and bias analysis
• Experience evaluating new product demand and commercial strategy
• Proficiency in SAP APO, Logility, and Power BI; APICS cert preferred
