📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end developer relations for the Databricks Platform.
• Manage and grow a team of Developer Advocates; coach careers and set clear expectations.
• Define repeatable advocacy approaches (content flywheels, demo standards, event playbooks).
• Build a team of storytellers who simplify a complex platform for practitioners.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align community needs with roadmaps.
• Represent the practitioner community to R&D and drive awareness through speaking and content

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in developer relations or hands-on technical roles (software/data engineering, solutions
• 2+ years managing/developing a DevRel team; hiring, leveling, growth.
• Proven ability to create and execute a product-area DevRel strategy, not just content calendars.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, data science, and analytics at scale; ability to demonstrate
• Deep familiarity with Databricks capabilities (Lakeflow, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Lakehouse
