Sr. Manager, Employee Experience (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives shaping a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
• Partner with leaders and staff on experience, engagement, accessibility, and inclusion.
• Drive employee listening (surveys, focus groups, exit interviews) and translate trends.
• Support leaders and colleagues on programs improving culture and engagement.
• Balance employee experience with business needs and manage ER issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR with ER, DEI, accessibility, and engagement.
• 3+ years at a management level leading projects or people.
• Experience designing and implementing DEI initiatives in mid-sized organizations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex ER matters.
• Willingness to travel by air within the U.S. ~2x/year.
