🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience; 4+ in management; strong communication.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
• BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS preferred.
• Networking: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS.
• Backend languages: Go, Python.
• CI/CD and IaC; AI/ML pipelines (RAG/copilots); monitoring (Prometheus).
