🎯 Requirements

• Engineering Leadership: 10+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading teams.
• Product leadership: Collaborate with PMs to define scope, prioritize backlog, ship outcomes.
• Strategic communication: Bridge engineering, product, and leadership; translate trade-offs.
• Bias for action: Operate in ambiguity; shape roadmaps when requirements are unclear.
• Distributed Systems: Experience with high-throughput streaming systems (Kafka) in production.
• System Architecture: Design resilient, scalable architectures; backpressure and circuit breaking.
• Database Architecture: PostgreSQL data modeling, sharding, and performance optimization.
• Education: BSCS required; MSCS preferred.
