🎯 Requirements

10+ years in software engineering for large-scale enterprise apps.
4+ years in engineering management leading 10+ engineers.
Backend: Scala/Java/Python/Go; API design; relational modeling.
Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Strong problem-solving and ability to navigate ambiguity.
BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS preferred.
