📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers in BTG for safer, productive web browsing.
• Plan day-to-day and future work using agile methodologies.
• Drive standups to keep projects on track and resolve issues.
• Plan and monitor development timelines and milestones.
• Deliver monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with PMs and architects to deliver integrated solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with 4+ years in managerial role.
• Experience leading engineering teams across all levels.
• Strong domain experience with Chrome and Chromium.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of distributed systems and networking.
• Strong programming knowledge of Go, Python and/or C++.
• Ability to coordinate with global teams and enable round-the-clock efficiency.
• Ability to coach, mentor and grow team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
