📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of agile project managers/delivery leads supporting engineering
• Own the engineering organization’s delivery planning and governance rhythm, including monthly
• Lead recurring prioritization processes with senior technology and business leaders, maintaining

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or a related role
• Proven experience building and leading delivery governance, planning, and prioritization processes
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching, developing, and enabling
• Exceptional facilitation and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to drive
• Demonstrated ability to use delivery data, team feedback, and organizational signals to identify
• Track record of identifying and driving organization-wide process improvements in a fast-moving
