📋 Description

• Integrate new regulatory programs, working with established personnel and resources within the
• Integrate all existing permitting on site, working with established personnel and resources within
• Ensure compliance consists of local, state, and federal requirements; including but not limited to
• Support master planning efforts on site to ensure new developments are scaled correctly and
• Develop efficient tools for reporting and auditing site compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a regulatory field including civil, architectural
• 10+ years of professional experience in regulatory compliance and site planning
• 5+ years of experience in a construction environment
• 3+ years of management experience
