Sr. Manager, Federal Programs

📋 Description

• Stand up and lead the MFP Federal team and governance
• Own P&L, budget, and KPIs; align with legal, security, HR, and finance
• Deliver capabilities per contract scope, schedule, quality, and SLAs
• Translate government requirements into a product roadmap with product/engineering
• Serve as senior contact to prime and government stakeholders
• Govern handling of sensitive data, privacy controls, audit readiness, and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in senior leadership of a business unit, program, or P&L with federal/DoD market
• Demonstrated command of federal security/compliance frameworks (NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012/7021, CMMC, FedRAMP, RMF/ATO)
• Experience operating as/with a DoD prime or subcontractor with contract compliance
• Proven track record delivering complex software/tech programs on schedule
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management; credible senior face to prime/government
• U.S. person able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government security clearance; willing to travel; active DoD 8140 certification
