Sr. Manager, Federal Programs

📋 Description

• Stand up and lead the MFP Federal team; establish governance and internal controls.
• Own P&L, budget, and KPIs; partner with legal, security, HR, and finance.
• Own delivery of capabilities against scope, schedule, quality, and SLAs.
• Translate government requirements into product roadmaps with product/engineering.
• Serve as senior contact to prime and government stakeholders; build trusted partnerships.
• Manage security and compliance requirements from the prime; demonstrate compliance status.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in senior leadership of a business unit, program, or P&L in federal/DoD.
• Hands-on command of federal security/compliance (NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012/7021, CMMC, FedRAMP, RMF/ATO).
• Experience with a DoD prime or subcontractor; manage requirements and contractual compliance.
• Proven track record scaling a team or function; delivering complex software programs on schedule.
• Strong executive communication; adept stakeholder management with primes and government customers.
• U.S. person eligible for clearance; willing to travel to partner sites.
