🎯 Requirements

Proven experience building and managing pre-sales or field teams.
Strong background in data engineering, analytics platforms, or databases.
Experience in consumption-based or SaaS models: forecasting and adoption.
Able to balance hands-on deals with scalable team leadership.
Track record partnering with Sales and cross-functional leaders to drive outcomes.
Fluent German (highly preferred) and fluent English (required).
