🎯 Requirements

5+ years leadership with teams of 7+ (first-line) or 20+ (second-line).
Enterprise pre-sales success with OLTP, data warehousing, cloud, or AI.
Proven ability to elevate executive engagement and drive large consumption.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower teams to meet objectives.
Experience with complex strategic accounts generating 1M+ ARR.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent; travel up to 30%.
