Coordinate logistics such as venue, material, dates and nominations for trainings
Training Delivery: Induction programs as per business requirements including design and content
Role-plays during cycle meetings
Planned training interventions (Classroom sessions) for new product introductions, cascade training
Cascading the zonal training modules on selling skills, competition and products

🎯 Requirements

Ideal candidate should be a Science graduate/ preferably with Diploma in Training
8+ years of corporate /Regional training with MNC pharma/ Premier Indian Pharma companies
Total Experience of 12 Years or more in Pharma organizations.
