Sr. Manager, Finance & Strategy

📋 Description

• Partner with CMO and execs to maintain near-term and long-term financial plans.
• Perform data-driven analysis to identify value opportunities, investments, and risks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering on cross-functional initiatives.
• Build scalable processes and use AI tools to improve financial visibility and planning.
• Lead monthly operating reviews and deliver timely financial reports.
• Role can be SF office-based or fully remote.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in finance & strategy/FP&A with GTM in tech.
• Strong initiative and ownership of complex problems.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to influence executive decisions and present clearly.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• AI and automated reporting experience (Claude, ChatGPT, Databricks, Tableau).
